Default Should I change my spark plugs at 30,000?

Beat to death topic....Should i change my plugs in my 5.4 since i only have 30,000? I'm looking long term and wondering if it'll be worth it to try it now or wait til it's a problem? What do you guys think?

Thanks

Do it now and it wont be a pita. You can run som techron fuel additive just to make sure their is no carbon buildup on the plugs and none should break. And if you replace them with the new motorcraft plugs then none should break whens its due for another plug change.
