Shocks, Ride Quality, Leveling Kit
I bought my 2007 Screw about six months ago with a new leveling kit installed up front and add a leafs in the rear. I don't know what the ride quality of the truck was before I bought it but driving on rough streets it seems pretty harsh. Is it advised to install new shocks that can increase ride quality? If so what kinds have you had experience with and what sizes did you install?

You're not dreaming, that's how the ride is like when you have a spacer upfront on top of the coil and when you have an add-a-leaf out back. The add-a-leaf makes the rear stiffer and also the spacer on top of the coil limits the downward travel of the strut in the front.
In my opinion, if you want a better ride, take out the spacer and replace it with an adjustable Bilstein 5100 strut. I am not sure how worn out your front and rear shocks are, how many miles do you have on your truck? New shocks "may" help a bit if your shocks are worn.

That makes sense... I only have 45000 miles on the truck so im sure everything is still in pretty good shape. I might try taking the add a leafs out and see how much help I get from that.
