Default shocks. rancho vs bilstein

Alright guys. Im at 132xxx miles and riding stock shocks. I believe its time for some new ones!

My question is pretty much said in the title. But question is should I go with the rancho quicklifts or the bilstein 5100s? Rancho is ready to ship out today and the bilsteins are on backorder till mid july. I know there's probably thread on here about this but I couldnt find anything about it. I need some help guys. And if you have the rancho quicklifts. Lets see some pictures of the stance and what size wheels are yall running

I have the rancho on my 07supcrew and it sits great. But when dirt gets on the adjusters, its hard to turn. One of mine is so stuck it only gets three settings now. I would go with the blisteins.

Almost every weekend, because I'm loaded down with coolers and gear and towing a popup camper.
