shifter swap?

okay, the 09 f150 is out and has a much better looking pistol grip type shifter much like the expy. what are the chances it will retrofit into the 04-08's. i really want one in my 06 as i think it looks better and tougher? any ideas?

HAve to see when its out.. I think it will go as long as you already have a center console shift.
