also, check the air in your tires. i know on the low pro tires, they may look inflated, but be really low.

thanks for being so responsive guys, psi is just dandy, and im not sure on bearings, alighnment, an whatnot so i will take it in this upcoming weekend, should i go to ford or my local tire shop or something? and i would say its like a 6 out of 10 on severity of pulling. an ya like i said it has gotten worse cents i bought those new rims/tires idk if that helps narrow it down but ya deffinately takin her in to get looked on.

have the tires looked at for sure and make sure you have them balanced. sometimes the pulling/ shaking can be fixed by changing one tire to the other side. wouldnt hurt to have your alignment checked. they will tell you if something is under specifications. if a part is not holding up like it should they will not perform an alignment until the part is fixed.

What kind of steering linkage does your truck have. im pretty sure they changed it since the 97-03 generation. If it has a rack and pinion type steering linkage the rack bushings could be a problem. My girlfriends rack lol (on the car sickoes) bushings were severly worn and the car only had 45k miles on it. the things pulled left and right like nuts! i changed the bushing out, simple job and the problem was fixed. just something to think about.

Hey man, i had the same problem with my truck. It was pulling to the right pretty good when cruising down the highway and interstate. Also the steering wheel would shake pretty good. I took mine in to get knew tires. When I went to pick it up the two main mechanics (at sears) said my lower wheel joints when out, and with 20in wheels they tend to go out. He also said that I need to have them checked yearly. They said it was a must fix or ill burn the 1000$ i spent on tires because they play that the wheels would have. They also couldn't give me a 100% moneys worth alignment without replacing the joints as well. So I would get you wheels joint and bearings checked when you take it in.

Rotate that tire to the rear. If it goes away, well there is you answer. Anyone check the brakes? Sticky, frozen caliper? A badly warped rotor will cause the wheel shake, esp. will be caused with heat. Wheel bearing had been mentioned.

call around to different shops. find one that mainly does front end work/tires. most of the big chain shops are always looking for profit. i have a local mom n pop type shop i take all my trucks to since i know they can work with custom wheels and altered suspension.

My S.Wheel shaked on my 04 at 60-65 with 24's... Balanced it nothing, did alignment fixed it a little(like 2-3months) had some shop told me the rims were to heavy

My other 04 with 22's shaked only a little at 65-70 balanced it & it took care if the problem.
