Service Recommendations
Hi folks, just bought an 07 5.4L a few months ago. It's almost at the 60k mile mark. The previous owner didn't have a maintenance recommendation manual, says he lost it, so what do you recommend I change at $60k. No fluids have been changed(except oil and filter), and the spark plugs have not been changed. I will not be doing the spark plugs myself since I've read horror stories on this site about the 3V plugs. Also, if someone has a pdf of the service recommendation manual, I would sure appreciate it. Thanks!

I would change all the fluids so that you know where your at...
Both diffs (could have been under water a few times, you never know)
tranny (might have towed a lot and over heated)
antifreeze (you can check your antifreeze to see what condition its in)
transfer case (if your doing everything else, might as well check/replace)
oil change (if you dont know when the last one was)
spark plugs--> some people will say that changing them at 60k will make it easier, others will say that its not worth the risk and you should save you $$ for the big change at 100k
new air filter
grease suspension
clean MAF sensor

austinpower's quote: "so what do you recommend I change at $60k".
With this kind of money budget, I'd just toss the existing truck and buy a new one!

You mean ya'll didn't know I was a high roller?
Anytime I use big numbers like that, it's a habit to put $ in front. Probably not the best habit!!
