Default Passenger Cat clogged?

Would an exhaust manifold leak cause the truck to throw a code for the left catalytic converter? I have a loud ticking noise on the left passenger side, and a code saying my left converter is bad. Is it possible for a manifold leak to cause that? Need some input please

The manifold leak is contributing to the code. The computer is reading flow and exhaust temp out of spec. The o2 sensor contains two small wires that arc electricity, as the wires got hotter, the move further apart and reduce the electrical load accordingly, when cooler, they move closer together and increase load. The 'puter is essentially reading voltage skews outside of normal operating range.

So do you think I have an exhaust manifold leak? I don't think the cat is clogged.

Thank god, all I hear is "the cam phasers are bad, the cam phasers are bad." I know what bad Cam phasers sound like. My truck sounds like a bad timex watch going down the road.
