Default Seat belt tips

I am hopeful for some insight with this. I have seat attached seat belts and my neck is taking a beating. Has anyone made or bought something that works well to alleviate this? I'm 6'1 so its not a height issue its just the angle makes it press hard into my neck.

Saw one on Amazon that reminded me of an old TV info product but its reviews aren't very good. I am in my truck 8 hrs a day, need something durable.

I have a set of these that we use for long trips. They work good. Price is higher here than Amazon but shipping is free from this vendor at EBay.

I purchased a faux sheepskin looking thing that velcros around the belt at our local wally world and it made that belt scuffing on my neck totally tolerable. If I recall Grey or Black were the color choices.

Thanks guys. Think I found a nice one, ordered it tonight. Never again will I get a truck with seat mounted belts. The lack of adjustment is ridiculous.
