I'm looking for the front cross member mount that is cut off the driver side of the mount when putting a lift on a 4x4 04-08 f150.

This picture is the only representation I have of the part. This is from the rough country lift instructions.

I'm trying to lower my truck back down and nobody in town will let me bring in tools to cut off the piece I need. The junkyards here won't even cut it off for me.
Most people just throw them away once they are cut off but, I'm hoping someone will have kept theirs or is in the process of doing a lift now. Please let me know if you have it and we can work something out.
