Seafoam every oil change?

My guys tell me to use 5w20..... If I ever did go 5w30 it better be summer. My truck is doin great because of this advice.... Also believe it or not I guess the motorcraft filter is very important.
I'm listening to them because a lot of the trucks I speak of have over 200000 on them with no timing work done.
They say if the tick gets to me here in June when it's a hundred degrees I can go 5w30 but only if it bugs me

Batteries Not Included
I have never used Seafoam. Never even heard of it until I started participating in forums. I have run Mobil 1 (whatever viscosity recommended by the manufacturer) and Shell Gold (not because I need the octane, but because it is the only ethanol free fuel available in my area) and I never use any additives whatsoever. Never have. Couldn't even tell you what they cost or where to find them. I have never had oil or fuel related problems in my life after 30 years of driving.
