I have never used Seafoam. Never even heard of it until I started participating in forums. I have run Mobil 1 (whatever viscosity recommended by the manufacturer) and Shell Gold (not because I need the octane, but because it is the only ethanol free fuel available in my area) and I never use any additives whatsoever. Never have. Couldn't even tell you what they cost or where to find them. I have never had oil or fuel related problems in my life after 30 years of driving.

Keep in mind I live in Colorado .... Cold a lot but 100+ in summer and yes...... I'm going to go 5w30 in summer because of the heat
