In your tank is the safest bet, it acts like an injector cleaner and is dilluted in the fuel. Hop on you tube and search f150 seafoam and you will get all your answers!

Or you didn't add enough in the vac line. But to the post above. I recommend it in the vac line my truck runs better than when I bought it at 90k I'm at 112k now and I've always used royal purple oil, injector cleaner in the gas every 5000 and the sea foam has by far made my truck run better. Better low end torque and you can feel it when your driving in the city. But even at idle its quieter and idles smoother.

Just saw it at autozone yesterday. Would this help my truck with 57k on it? Slightly hesitant myself.

Read post #10 on the first page. Clean the TB and the MAF, and run a PEA cleaner. Far better than any naphtha treatment can do.

Sorry I just kinda skimmed through that article but is PEA referring to Polyether amine and if so, what products on the market would contain this?

Yep PEA= polyether amines

Techron, Gumout Regane, Redline SL-1, 3M complete, and Amsoil PI all have a good amount of PEA in them.
