How can i cover this up?

Check out Ammo NYC on youtube. That guy is awesome and shows step by step how to fix paint scratches and scuffs.

You can try the touchup white paint pen. Check out the paint code on your truck so you can find the right touchup. If scratch isn't that deep, you can polish it with a compound. I consult this when I have paint issues, it might help you too.
