sct programmer ?
Ok im new to the truck seen and I just icked up a new to me 06 5.4 4x4 with 6" lift flowmaster and k&n intake system but I want to do a programmer. I have a buddy that has a Sct and said I can use it but I need to know what to change to get the most out of gas and my combo.....I think im runnin 373 gears still and on the freeway it want s to shift ALOT ! Any ideas or insight is more than welcome

You can't use his SCT unless he sets his back to stock.
Find out what gear ratio you have and do more research on tuners/programmers.
With your mods I would recommend an SCT or Gryphon with custom tunes.
