Where did you mount the O2 sensor?
Check out what this guy did with a trash can and some weather stripping.

The o2 sensor????? Thats in the exhaust. I think you mean the Mass Air Flow Sensor. Its in the back part of the housing.

but um.... does anyone happen to have any of the parts i need for sale? that's the whole reason for this thread! haha

In reading your thread, I was under the impression that you were looking for some Ford part numbers. The numbers listed are engineering #'s not part #'s. It takes a certain catalog to cross reference the numbers. Am not sure if that data is available on line. Sorry!

Thanks for the help Bill but that only further pisses me off with the local Ford dealership (Varsity Ford). They are rude beyond belief (probably because i'm a college kid not someone in the market) and they rarely answer my questions when i call them. half the time they just tell me "uh... i dunno". i've tried looking up part numbers but have had no luck with that. anyone know where i can look that stuff up (for free lol).
