I have the stock stereo in my '06 150 but I like listening to sat radio the only problem is the gawd damn thing always fall off the windshield.
Does anyone use a good adhesive to keep the pos suction piece mounted?
How are aftermarket radios with sirius built in working?

Is the windshield clean? I would think that the suction cup is probably ruined. You can find replacements on E-bay for cheap.
The radios that have Sirius capability usually need an additional converter. I have yet to find one with the unit in the radio. Maybe someone else has found one with the converter built in.

What kind of truck is it? I have an fx4 with a center console and I stuck mine to the ashtray. You can hide the wires fairly easily here and also have easy access to change stations
