Im sure they just say that as some lame marketing gimmick but over 11,000 feedback with 99.6% positive is pretty solid.

Without the PCM it is going to be a problem unless you already have a Saleen.

For the same money I'd buy a brand new Roush Supercharger that includes a PCM flash.
