I hope you don't plan on buying either of those specific model numbers you have listed because those two intakes are made for the 4.6 not the 5.4. Make sure they give you the right one whichever one you get. I heard volant doesn't increase performance too much just looks good. Heard S&B worked good but is a bitch to install/poor directions/****ty parts. Don't have any personal experience with either though, that's all I got.
