What are the actual codes?

I was running rich on both banks, then I got married. (sorry...lol)
If you cleaned MAF, could be a vacuum leak?

Also, did this start immediately after custom tune?

Could be a possible o2 sensor, but being that it's on both banks is unlikely.

I think so I had the headers installed then drove it around for 3 days and the codes came up. the tuner says it shouldn't hurt anything but cant get me in for diagnostics for 2 weeks

What kind of tuner do you have?

Clear the codes and switch it back to stock and see if they codes will come back on. If they don't, switch it back to the tune. If they come back on it's something with the tune. If the codes come back on when you switch it to stock then you'll know that it's not the tune.

Depending on how rich it's running, it can start to cause problems if left unattended. Not smoking at startup/while running or anything are you? Have you tried returning to stock and seeing what happens?
