Default Running Board pads are rotting away

I have a 2005 XLT Supercrew with black 3" tubular running boards. I'm not sure if they are factory or not. No markings on them that I can find. They two rubber pads on the passenger side have bad dry rot and are in really bad shape. Anyone know where I might be able to pick up replacement pads possibly, hate to buy all new steps just to replace the rubber pads. Thanks for any ideas/help.

I have similar bars and the same problem with the pads. Where did you find them?

Etrailer.com had them. I measured my old pads and also the distance of the pins from each other then found the right one. Some have 4 pins or 6 pins, mine had 5 pins so I googled "5 pin" and "step pad" and found them.
