Roush Grille Installed - Two times :)

I hate to resurrect an old thread (not really...I was researching which is better than just starting a new thread) but I think this thread bests addresses my question. I have an FX4 with the painted (black) grille surround and an unpainted h-bar insert. I want a horizontal billet-style grille much like the Roush ones pictured in this thread, but I want to keep my black grille surround. I was unsure if ALL of the F-150's had the same grille surround with the same mounts for all of the inserts (honeycomb, H-bar, HD, Lariat Billet, FX2 Billet, etc). I ran across the picture that better details what I hope to be true. It has the mounting holes up top just like the H-Bar insert that mine has. With all of this grille-swapping that I have read about, it got me confused that I needed to have a specific grille to begin with in order to use certain other grilles. Am I right or wrong?

Anybody?
I uploaded a picture of the FX4 H-bar grille that I have and there are 6 bolts up top. There are plastic tabs around the sides and on the bottom. But the bolts doesnt seem to line up with the pic of the Roush grille seems to only have 4 holes to mount bolts up top. Anyone mount a Roush grille to the grille surround of an FX4 that had the H bar insert?

grille installation
all of the grilles are the same for 04-08 the bolts you see mount the grille surround to the truck.... not the grille to the truck... the surround snaps into the surround...no bolts... the bolts only go through the holes in the upper part of the surround. Here is my 08, that came with the H-bar, then I installed the roush. If you look there are two holes on either side of the top.. the end bolts don't go through holes.
