Rough idle and unburnt fuel from exhaust
Hey guys just wanted to see if anyone had any issues similar to the ones that i am having, and if so what did you do to fix it. So i drove to work today without any issue but when i went to leave for lunch my truck had a rough idle and almost no power(couldnt go over 10mph uphill). I had codes p0022 p0171 p0175 and code p2198. I already replaced the 02 sensor on bank 2 and the fuel pump driver module. The plugs and injectors were changed 20k miles ago. The truck is an 04 lariat and im running 15w40 and a motorcraft filter.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

05 5.4l 3v s.crew lariat
drivers side new vct solenoid ?
Cam phasor is retarded poo22 . vct may be plugged filter screens may be plugged missing . This engine must have clean oil . Cam phasors run hydraulically with engine oil ,poor system. Vct controls phasor with oil ,advances or retards cams . Your sensor says its at wrong point .
Common problem ,most guys try new oem vct at this point . But if phasor bad you might be looking at a timing job . Most likely if an 04 -5.4l 3v- hi miles noisey engine .

Fixed the problem
So it did turn out to be the vct solonoid on bank 2, the screen on the solonoid broke off and jammed the solonoid open which retarded the timing.
Thanks for the help.
