Default Rough country or zone

Het; want opinions. I want to get a 6" lift for my 2008 f-150 XLT super cab 4x4 with the 18" wheel option for an okay price. So far I am debating over rough country or zone. Also a deciding factor is if I could use my factory rims.

Can't go wrong with either for the price. $1399 is a great deal. Since Zone is a forum vendor you can get free shipping if you order one through them on here. The major difference between the 2 is that Zone is made in the USA and is a sister company of BDS. RCX kits are made overseas. A number of members on here run the RCX kits with no problems and the same with Zone. Zone is relatively new so you will find more people with RCX. I was going to get a Zone if I didnt get my BDS kit.

I believe with either you can't run the stock wheels. If you call RCX they will flat out tell you that you cant. Been there, heard that. I talked to a member on here who ran his stock wheels for a little bit and said it was okay and that they fit (for what thats worth). Zone told me that I should be able to fit my stock 20's on no problem even though they never tested with a 20" wheel. A major factor in this is if you run the stock tire or not. You wont be able to fit a wider tire on the stock rim and still have it work.

Nice...I dont think Zone has the lifetime warranty like BDS has though.

Get zone but rcx is good too. Just make sure you don't wanna go bigger than six. After a week if having it you will want more lift!

Its still worth it though. Id go with Zone anyday. I just wanted the 6" struts instead of the 6" strut spacers. That is one of the reasons I went with BDS.
