ok i had this problem on the back side of the rotor u'll see a metal plate that cover the back side of the rotor and on there ull see near the bottom a lil circle gromitt remove that. use a flat screw driver and flass light look in and ull see a lil star lil wheel use the screw driver to turn the wheel and it will release the emergency brake shoes away from the rotor and then it should come off if not then put a lug nut on and hit with a three pound hammer in between the studs

Thanks for the help... Ended up buying a 3lb maul. And some ice stuff that eats away rust. Sat behind it and beat the rotor while the gf watched to make sure it was moving. What kills me, the other side just pulled right off!

Well I thought all was well and dandy. Went to push in the brake caliber and it wouldn't go in. Apparently it has seized. Called Ford (thats covered under warranty) and they are towing it back today. I am gonna attempt to articulate that I would not have needed to replace my rotors if they the caliber hadn't seized. The right (the side that didnt seize ) i had absolutely no brakes left, down to the metal while the side the seized had 1/4 inch of pad left leaving me to believe the seized caliber forced the other side to work twice as a hard thus wearing them away faster then normal leaving me to miss the normal signs. If they had warn down equally in time and space I would have caught earlier and not needed to replace the rotor.s
