SN95F150

I've searched and haven't found a definite answer. I own a 2004 2WD. I know, I know.. 2WD LOL. I came across this 4x4 while on vacation in Hawaii a while back. I know this one has a leveling kit. My question is... What wheel specs should I go with to achieve this look? I'm going to with a 33/12.5 for sure, but wanted a few suggestions here. Currently it's stock, with rancho quicklifts on order.
