Default right bank not firing

I have an 05 f150 with triton motors rebiult everything. New chains ,guides, phasers .spark plugs are firing and thrres fuel pressure. All 4 cylinders appear to not be firing. Any reason why a whole bank would quit working .it was fine b4 this job. Thx
