Revised plugs for the 3V heads.

I have an '06 F150 5.4L 3V and want to look at replacing these. I worked a little on my '02 F150 5.4L 2V, but not yet on the '06.
How hard is it to get to the plugs & wires to change these?
What is the average time to change?

Just as stupid a question I'm sure...but these won't work in the older 3V Tritons either?

Dont wait til 60K to do em, I've seen plenty break off and they are a pain in the *** to get out even with the ford tools.
tsb says to use motorcraft carb cleaner ( liquid in a can not aerosol ) but some have had better luck with pb blaster. make sure to caot the new plugs with MOTORCRAFT HIGH TEMPERATURE NICKEL ANTI-SEIZE LUBRICANT at the base between the base of the threads and the bottom of the plug ( the smooth sleeve at the base ) but not on the electrode !!!!

Youre best bet is to call you're local dealer with the vin number and get the correct plugs, they get superceded all the time with new numbers ( not sure about the f-150 but motorcraft plugs in general ) I am pretty sure they all go to the new # but not positive
