retrofit rear sliding window in 2007 supercrew cab
I found a fellow parting out a King Ranch with a sliding rear window. I just have a soliid rear window and I'd like to buy his (asking $125) back window and replace mine.
Question is, what all will be involved to get the power stuff working? I removed the rear seat back to install a subwoofer and saw a wiring harness dangling back there that looks like it would provide power to the sliding window. That's what opened my eyes to the possibility of getting a power sliding rear window retrofitted.
I guess I will also need to buy a switch and mount it somewhere. Perhaps on the driver side door window controls?
Any links or details much appreciated!
