Ah okay gotcha. Yeah I'm heading to the shop to chat wth them on this job see what they can do.

Has anyone heard of the brand spectre for a compressor/accumulator/condenser? I've found a bundle with this brand for about 300$ shipped but I'm hesitant in trusting a brand I've never used.

What are the brands of the replacement parts that you used la Martian? I just don't want to drop the cash and end up having to do it again 6 months down the road.

I spent a few extra bucks and got a Motorcraft Compressor from Rockauto. If a cheap remain compressor fails prematurely your doing the whole job over.

FYI, i know I started this is a while back but i fixed my issue. Compressor and everything is fine. Turns out the shops were trying to take me for the money. It cost me 50$ for two tiny parts.
A relay R202- 5L3Z-14N089-AA and diode D01- YL8Z-10C912-AA that fixed my issue and no issues with ac now.
Thanks to a salty ford mechanic. Blowing cold and strong even after a free flush by shop.

here is a flush kit that will work for you http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/r...m=ac+flush+kit

and this is a brand to use but where to buy is up to you find

Also I would not use compressed air try to find a nitrogen source. Using compressed air adds moisture and maybe oil to the system. Refrigerant oils do not like to be miked with other types of oil. If you must use compressed air leave the vacuum pump on it for at least 2hrs. The vacuum is used to remove moisture from the system.
