Default Replacement drive shaft options?

I have the crapy 2 section shaft with the non serviceable center bearing. Looking for options. I have located a OEM that I can get shipped to me for $450 or the one changed to a serviceable bearing for $550. No one around me will work on the current drive shaft

Not sure I understand what your issue is. If your center bearing is bad, why don't you just replace that? I can't believe you need to purchase a new drive shaft because of a center bearing. Is there something else wrong with your drive shaft that would require you to replace it?

The bearing is pressed on the shaft followed by the yoke and it is welded on. It's a non repairable.

That's the dumbest thing ever. I've got a 2 piece drive shaft as well. I hope my center bearing keeps going now.
