So I replaced my timing chain tensiones guides an cam phasers and the passenger side vct solenoid , after driving a few miles my truck had trouble shifting as well as much lower high end power, my computer say there is no miss fires but I can tell something isn't right , after diognosing these codes were showing up

If anyone has any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated

When I checked the passenger side vct, which was just replaced the resistance was in between 1 and 10 also my multimeter made some weird noises, does any one know what the resistance is supposed to be? I'm going to check the driver side now
The resistance for both cam positioning sensers was 317 , is that normal, any help is appreciated

Unplug one can position sensor while truck is running, if clears idle up then I'm sorry to say this you have to pull it apart again, you are one tooth off on one side or the other. Just went through this with my 04 5.4!

https://www.f150forum.com/members/04hdlariat the truck idle just fine, it isn't until you get on the gas when you notice a problem, it over revs, under powered and doesn't want to shift right

Hey If you could message me I am tackling my o4 f150 5.4L timing job and for the life of me can not get it timed. Im having issues understanding how to get the cam phasers and the crank all lined up right so I can put my chains on.
