So being I just bought 05 f150. I'm hearing rumors these trucks have the nick name of "$2000 tune up" trucks.

Do you have an after market command start. Sounds like the valet button... Mine is located/installed next to obdii socket.

I read a thread a few days ago, where a guy said there was a push button type reset button next to the ODBII port, may check there.
