Exclamation replaced hubs, now what??

i have a 2006 f150 XLT. i drive for a living and have 200k+ miles. Last week, I had to have my truck towed because my bearings went out. I had my front hub assemblies changed. Now there is ANOTHER noise coming from the front tires when I turn. I don't even know how to describe it besides it sounds like something is rattling loose.

Also, there is a vibrating feeling coming from the back of the truck when I take off. Followed by a thumping sound. Im thinking drive shaft, but have no idea. It's having some problems getting up, but is okay if I drive withthe O/D off. Im not so much worried about the performance problems as I am the sound coming from my tires.

This all sounds strange. I would suggest going to an open lot, have a buddy do slow figure 8's as you walk around trying to pinpoint the exact location of where the noise is coming from. The front might be a bad bearing. I know, you just got them replaced, but its not unheard of getting a new hub and it being bad. As far as the rear goes, maybe its a spider gear in the diff? I would think if it were a driveshaft issue you would feel vibrations. Hope this helps. Good luck!
