Default removing door chime??

I wanted to know if anyone can tell me or guide me how to remove the door chime that goes off when the key is in the ignition and the door is open. I hate it and looked the other day and couldnt pin it down, well not without tearing the dash apart.

Thanks

might try the owners manual, i wanted to turn off the seatbelt chime and it was in there. so i would think that would be, another question does anyone know how to make both your doors unlock when you put the truck in park instead of just the drivers side?

lol wrote you in your other post. I've just bought a Chevy and I'd say it's probably more difficult to remove! It's tied into the GMLAN system.... There is no keysense wire... I wanted to use it to deactivate my auto-locking alarm if my key was in the ignition.

Anyways, hopefully my response to your other post helps.

I wrote in your other thread that the black and pink wire is your keysense wire. Try disconnecting it. I provided you an image as well
