I dont have the center console, but know that it can be done relatively easy. This will help get it back to the top so some one with experience can help!
I know there are two bolts that connect to the dash. i think the bottom of the flip console can be taken out and just unbolted from the floor. Like i said i haven't done this myself.
Have you tried a search?

If you have the floor shifter, this may help. Helped me when I got to the airbag module in my 05 Lariat Supercab. Make sure you disconnect the battery and pull the airbag fuse before you do this so the thing doesn't go off accidentally.

Aside from what's in that article, there are also two screws in the back of the console that you need to get. You need to move the seats forward. They're all visible so you can easily see what screws need to come out to get the console off. I didn't need to take the shifter off though, I just lifted the console from the rear end when it was loose and got the airbag module. It's covered by a piece of pre-cut carpet and held on by three 10mm bolts, I think.
Anyway, are you resetting the module because your airbags deployed or are you trying to fix an airbag light problem? I thought it was the module but it wasn't (luckily I could return it). Turned out to be the driver side seat belt pretensioner assembly that was bad. Replaced it, put my old airbag module back on, and my airbags are working again. Well, some will claim they aren't but that thread was closed. Check the number of blinks of the light when you turn the key on, and that will give you an idea of what it is. My code was 5-1

If it weren't the stupid connectors on the seat belt for the air bag it would have taken me 25 minutes to replace the module the air bag and the seat belt. The stupid clip was broke and it took forever to get off. The center cons was easy with the help of that website! Thanks!
