Reg cab keypad codes
now before you tell me to search for the sticky, that does not apply for regular cab trucks
meaning I dont have back seats to take apart to find the code.
I would like to know other than take it to the dealer, how to find the code, its not a real big deal it would just be nice to have
I dont know what package started the keypad, but I have an FX4 and from what I can gather it is pretty rare for a FX4 (its a real FX4, not just a sticker) in a regular cab, hell I dont see many regular cabs over the XL trim level

Since I have the wallet cards for mine, I've never seriously looked for the code. However, page 106 of my owner's manual says:
"The keypad can be operated with the factory set 5-digit entry code; this code is located on the owner's wallet card in the glove box, is marked on the computer module, and is available from your authorized dealer."
Found it!
Open the driver's side rear door and push the driver's seat all the way forward.
Peel the door gasket away from the body.
Now, you can simply pull the panel away, which will pop a couple clips out of the body.
And use an inspection mirror to read the code.
Or you can pop this plug out, there's a 10mm bolt behind it.
And then pop these to pins out, then remove the whole corner panel to get to it.
Hope this helps!

Thanks! I just bought a 2004 reg cab Fx4 and I didn't have my code either until I read this and had to run out and check and sure enough I found it and now have the code from off of the computer module! Sweet!!! The guy who owned the truck before me had it for 8 years and never had the code.
