Round or Square Tube
What is the difference between round and square tubing for hitches and which is the best? I see both types with the same Class ratings.
2005 F150 STX EXT Cab 4X4 4.6L 6.5' Bed:
What types and brands of receiver hitches have you had good luck with, as far as price, looks, installation and durability? I will be towing a light trailer, nothing heavy, couple of ATV's. I have a big truck to do the heavy pulling. Has anyone used Cabela's hitches? I have had good luck with some of their products but have never used their automotive items. Thanks in advance.

mine is a factory hitch and wired with the flat 4 plug and round plugs.
If you are going to put it on your self, take it to a line-x dealer and have them spray it for you but not the portions where you attach it to the frame as that may not fit right. this shouldn't be much and will protect the hitch from rusting.
