Default Recently purchased 04 FX4

I just bought my 04 super cab fx4 6 months ago. It had 78k and one dent just underneath the drivers side tail light. Worst place to have a dent... It is completely stock long bed, p255 tires, and strangely does not have fx4 rims. It has a XLT 17" rims. I found the truck locally on craigslist from an older wealthy gentleman that owned a corvette and the only thing he used the truck for was to pull his bass fishing boat. First time Ford and truck owner and I love the thing to death. I have not encountered any problems with it yet but have noticed that there is a slight squeak that I think is coming from somewhere underneath truck in the area where the cab and bed connect. It only squeaks sometimes and it sounds like whatever it is just needs a little grease but I haven't really gotten under it and looked yet. Anybody have any idea where I might need to look? Does anyone know of anything I need to do to maintain my truck as it gets closer to 100k?

Plugs I hear are a must but where should I take it? I have changed plugs in other cars before but I hear the 5.4 3v is difficult and if you don't have the right tool and you break one your screwed.

And yes I am positive it is a long bed. I know it doesn't look like it in the picture.

I plan on trying to find some fx4 rims, 2.5 billstien adjustables, and either nitto trails, or toyo open country 305's

No the guy I bought it from got it from the dealer that way. I am the second owner and it was originally purchased at a ford dealer here in town. I'm guessing that when ford turned out the new body style for 04 and up not heritage they put XLT rims on all of them and in 05 made the fx4's different than the XLT
