i dont fully understand your statement lol

i read on a few posts somewhere that a few people took theres off a black 06 and just took off the adhesive then waxed that area or compounded/polished it until it was unnoticeable or barely

Try this again....i am in the same predicament, my friend. I believe that "no sticker" is better than the faded "outline" of an old one. Lol but im sure that a little clay and wax will take care of the remains. I have a silver pinstripe on a black 06 stx that i want to get off but i feel like its going to take longer than i want to remove it

I just did this a couple of weeks ago. I have an '04 and I removed my FX4 stickers to put on the '09-'12 stickers. My best advice is to take a hair dryer and heat the sticker up and it pretty much peels right off. It left no residue and hardly any outline. I used a damp cloth and it wiped clean and you never would have known the sticker was there. Worst case scenario you have to use a little goo-be-gone, but it is a really easy project.
