Default Rear glass swap

Thanks to someone...culprit unknown, my sliding back glass was shattered with a dirt Claud because of an unnamed presidential candidate bumper sticker on my window (not Hillary Clinton) I'm not in anyway trying to turn this into a political debate and would like to leave that aspect out of this thread. Everyone including myself is entitled Their own opinion and to support and vote for whom ever the see fit. Anyways on we go. I looked at prices between solid, sliders, and power sliders. I looked at power sliders the most, but the cost wasn't worth the reward, considering I almost never use or even open the slider. Used power sliders were still in the 300$+ range. Used manual sliders were about 100$+ and I picked up my solid piece for 54 dollars with tax for a local truck dismantling company. What do you guys think? Pictures below.

Shattered. I believe they aimed for the middle slider but missed and hit the other one.

Sorry to hear about that, your truck always looks great. I hope they catch the ___ hole that did it.

Sorry this happened man, I'm guessing a stray kid with bottom feeder parents living off the system was the cause of that.

you should have no problem swapping a power slider for a solid. There are like 12 bolts around the window, take them all off and push the old window out, get some butyl rubber sealant tape from the ford dealer or the Internet, put it on the new window, then put the solid one in and then re-torque the bolts to 35 foot pounds and call it a day. It's amazingly simple to do man. If you ever decide to do it, Let me know if you have any questions.
