Default Rear End Noise?

So I just got my truck back with a new rebuilt transmission. I wa hoping this noise I was hearing would be gone, but it is not. I found a video on youtube with THE SAME noise i am hearing, but under the comments he said it was the transmission. Are any of you guys hearing this same noise? If so do you know what it is?...i sure am hoping its not the transmission, but kinda am cuz its under warrenty lol

He means the rear differential...middle of the 2 rest wheels. He's probably right. Have a mechanic open it up and check it out.

Thanks Biscut...I had the mechanic reseal the differential while it was in the shop getting the transmission work...is that something he should have noticed while doing that?
