My money is on shackles but your going to have to get in them to grease them up enough to stop the squeaking. If you go that route tap in some zero fittings so that you can periodically grease. Judging by the size of your tires and the amount of dirt under your truck you should be lubing more often then most people here have to.

Especial86: Thanks thats a good idea, I'll do that while I have it up on the lift tomorrow. I did notice today that the lowest part of my leaf springs does not line up with the rest of my leafs, its a little ****-eyed. I tried beating it with a hammer to no avail.

Primalurges: So are you saying tap and zert the shackle at the point pictured?

Try pushing it back in line with some big C clamps, if one of the pins on the lift block are damaged it will do that... That could mean you need a new lift block or leaf spring retainer clip.

what is the spring retainer clip? I have some smaller U bolt type thing but they are not on the lower most part of the leafs

That small u bolt type thing is the clip.... You shouldn't need them on the overload leaf.... My mistake in suggesting needing that on the overload leaf...
But if the overload leaf is "tweaked" or damaged in any way that could be your problem.... That could ruin your block pins or your block pins ruined your overload "smallest" leaf....
After seeing that video It looks like that's your culprit to me.... Great idea with video, that's the best way to diagnose anything like that..

Parts were supposed to come in today, but they didn't. Autozone had no idea what to do so I called the company they were ordering from and they said they had to produce parts to get my kit. They were able to make me a kit partially red and partially black so I said ok.

In the mean time I drilled, tapped, and zerted my shackles and well as dropped the right side U Bolts and cleaned and greased the areas between the block, spacer, and axle.

I did find one of the nuts on the pins (front) when I try to tighten it down the whole bolt spins and actually is quite loose fitting. Do I need to replace the whole leaf???? I was able, however, to straighten that overload leaf.

Long story short, it's better but still does it.

Tighten up your ubolts by your rear blocks. That's most likely what it is! It happened to me on my old truck. Have to be impacted on!

Do you know a torque value? Mitchell says 84 ft lbs light duty and 184 heavy duty, not sure which one to follow. I torqued to 100ft lbs
