really loud obnoxious creaking coming from my 04 fx4
I'm stumped. When ever my truck flexes it omits a loud loud creaking/crackling noise. Pretty embarrassing pulling in and out of the driveway in my normally quiet neighborhood. I've been told by others it sounds like its coming from the right rear. But its gotten worse and now can't tell exactly where its from. I had a bad rear axle seal so I thought it may be the bearing, so I pulled it apart and despite the other one being fine I replaced it anyways- still noisy.

Oh yeah, and I tried hitting a few spots with silicone lube to see if I could temporarily fix it and hence isolate it no luck. Spots I hit were: All around the leafs and shackles, body mounts, U joints, shock mounts, probably some other stuff I'm forgetting.
Oh yeah and it's got a 6" pro comp kit on it

I ordered a polyurethane bushing kit for it today, I'm hoping that will fix it but I'm skeptical. I've sprayed everything down there with silicone lube and it doesn't even fix it temporarily. But we'll see

I just watched the video, which was great by the way.... I noticed you have daylight showing in between the passenger side lift block and the leaf spring... I think you should loosen up the the u bolts on the passenger side and clean the block to leaf surface... It seems the play in there could be the screech groaning noise i'm hearing. If that is loose then what we hear is the leaf spring torquing (twisting) around and causing noise at the shackle and the frame mount..... I'm going to bet money this is your issue... Some dirt is likely going to prevent you from just tightening it down, so you should really take it apart....
