Does anyone else get this. Seems to come around 40 mph. On the passenger side, kinda like where the window and pillar meet up front on the dash. Sounds like tapping from the wind.

Ya I got rattles all over the cab. Tend to get a different one after I go off-road. Drive me crazy. The ones that come in the door jams, I was able to locate where it was rubbing and I just put stick on felt pads there. Pads found at local ace. Very cheap and helped me a lot

If it's at 40 mph, I would say its the plastic cowl where the windshield wipers are. If its inside, have you passenger press on all the pieces of plastic and see if it goes away.

Also, I've had to zap strap some of the wires inside my door panel to stop them from rattling.
