i finally fixed my truck this time my friend and i did it. IT was the phasers and tenisoners was pain in the ***. only costs a thrid of what dealer wants. Talked to ford mechs under raidar said if your truck is not making noise SELL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because it will happen again! Design flaw there is NO fix only thing u can do is keep replaceing parts. ITs not going to get better. OH they also said to use thicker oil 10w 30 and to be synthtic. the problem is not enough oil pressure at the top of motor phasers score and go bad
