Raptor U-pol Bedliner kit
Just ordered a Raptor bedliner kit has anyone used it before.
I thought about Rhino or line-x but $500.00 for a bed liner is a bit steep. i have the factory plastic liner but, i don't like it. from what i have found this is one of the best DIY spray in liners $111.00 shipped to my door
Here's a link to the website http://www.tptools.com/Product.aspx?display_id=2600
I will throw up some pictures when i get the kit in of the install
also the install of the AF1 CAI, edge evo, and the hids

I used that kit on the floor of my jeep.
It's all about the prep. Make sure there is no grease anywhere and everything is sanded good but not to bare metal. And make sure you follow the times right. Not dry enough before your next coat and it will get too thick and could shrink and pull away. Too dry befor next coat and it might not bond to the previous coat and could peel.
And make sure you get the right cleaner/thinner and clean the spray gun right after every coat. It will clog the gun after about 10 min of sitting.
But I will say it sprays nice and you can adjust the pressure to get the right spray pattern. I think I used 25-30 psi but can't remember.
And get some inline filters/moisture removers for when you spray.

Not to start any arguements here, but about 6 months ago, I bought the Herculiner kit for my truck. As one poster already mentioned, it's all about the prep work. The kit contained one scuff pad, but I bought two extra, and spent one day just scuffing down the bed. Got all the "shine" off, and made sure the paint was etched. I did not go down to metal (although those idiotic plastic liners dealers install do that for you!). The second day was the application. Follow directions. After two coats, allowing the first to dry to a tacky touch, I applied the second heavy coat. Rolled and brushed (tight spots) just fine.
After 6 months of using the bed to haul bed stones for the garden, lumber for a deck install, the coating is doing great. No chips, peels, or flaking.

geeze tech, did you even look at the link? The product is called Raptor.
Turtle, what did you use to tape everything off? I know the line-x guys use tape with a wire in it to cut through the liner.

I didn't use it when I did my jeep. Just make sure it hard enough but not too had.
You will know if it's too soft when you pul it up. The edge might pull up when you pull the tape off. If they do just stop and press the edge back down. Give it some more dry time then start pulling again.
