If you custom make a Raptor Grille for your personal truck even with the Ford written on it is legal. What is illegal is to make money off if it, once you sell it with the Ford written on it, then you're breaking the trademark laws.

I have one. Instead of F O R D on the front, it has 4 squares the same size as the O in the raptor grill. It looks like carbon fiber. I got it from California. I don't remember the company, but if you search for raptor like grills, it should come up.
