You just answered your owe question...they stack a spacer on top of a stock strut...your quick lifts are not stock...look at the 6 inch lift you want to install and see what the strut recommendation is...

Well if I wanted to stay at just a 6 inch lift, i could get the space for the 4 inch lift and run it with the Rancho..... But in my origonal post i was asking if I could get 7- 7.5 inches of lift out of a 6 inch lift and would it be enough for 37's if I choose to run them.
