Default Rancho quicklift

Alright guys so I am new to the forum but have used the forum on past trucks for info. Long story short I recently purchased a 2004 stx 4x4 that already had the rancho quicklift struts installed and the ride is wayyy too bouncy. I have tried playing with the settings but it's pretty bouncy regardless. I do a good mix of driving, live on a dirt road, hunt and fish regularly, but do a lot of highway driving too. What would be my best option? Fox/king/icon are probably going to be too expensive. If I go with bilstein 5100s what else will i need? I imagine I won't be able to use the coils from the ranchos. Any advice is appreciated

Define bouncy... spongy/mushy or stiff bounce

Stiff bounce. But whether I have the shocks on the 1st setting or the 9th setting it feels the same.

Check your rear shocks too. My ride was very soft and bouncy before I replaced the original rear shocks. Apparently all of the pressure charge leaked out of them.

I have my ranchos set to 6 and the ride is firm but not stiff

Yeah I have the 9000s in the rear. I'll keep messing with the settings and see. I was also thinking maybe adding a steering stabilizer in the front? The ride isn't unbearable just expected a little bit better.
