I am replacing OEM AM/FM radio with OEM 6CD-AM/FM. New radio antenna hole is different from antenna hole on old unit. All info I find on connectors is connectors from antenna to after market units. Ford changed their antenna somewhere around 2006 I believe. I need to know what type of antenna adapter to get to connect OEM installed factory antenna to different new OEM radio with different antenna hole. --------Don't know if this will post. I am computer illerate. Don't know what thread is or what all these icons are for or why I might want to tags on this. Just need help finding correct antenna.

I believe there's only one antenna adapter for Fords. Go into any auto parts store and they'll set you up. They're like 5 bucks.

Metra PN# 40-CR10 for 06+ F150 radios. 04-05 used the standard Motorola antenna.
