I am looking at getting these seats because they are leather and heated for my 2003 supercab. 10th gen supercabs are difficult to find with leather seats with the integrated seat belts. These gen seats fit with a only spacer so I'm willing to take a shot and fitment and a differently look.
Question A. How comfortable are these seats?

Question B. Where is the button for the heat? Is it on the seat or on the climate control panel on the dash?

I want to say that's the memory button. You can store 2 seat settings on it iirc

Don't do it. The 04'-08' seats are slabs compared to the nicely bolstered and cushy 99-03 seats. It's one of the many, many reasons I hate driving my dad's 05' Lariat. Look around and see if you can snag a set of 09-14 seats for a similar price, the cloth buckets in my 13' are a bit firm, but way better than any 11th gen seat.

I have no problem with the '07 leather seats I bought and installed. I did not like the cloth, and got a great deal on a full set of leather.
I did however buy and installed a better lower cushion foam for the drivers seat. The stock foam wears after about three years of sliding in/out of the drivers seat.

Here's what I did in my 13 Ford Fusion S.

I bought the car with Cloth and manual seats, I found this great deal on ebay for powered, leather, heated seats. Like you I had no OEM switch to operate the heat pads. So I bought an aftermaket kit and hardwired it into the seat's existing wiring.

See my post here: Heated Seats Ford Fusion

Clazzio covers, add the heat kit -- comes with the switch, mount it where you want.

Bonus -- when you get rid of the truck, pull the Clazzio's off and sell them.

I second the seats from 97-03 being much more comfortable than 04-08. My 97 had way better seats than my 04. (Except for heat, but now you can get good/cheap heat kits)
